About the Role

This exciting opportunity is part of the Compliance Team within the People/HR Division at Blithequark. As a Data Entry Analyst, you'll play a critical role in maintaining legal and regulatory compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our HR systems and processes are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Compliance team and Projects with various responsibilities, including:
    • Obtaining fingerprint/personal investigation results and processing fingerprint clearance letters
    • Maintaining relationships with TSA, Airport Power Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services
    • Faxing/scanning US Customs results and database entry
  • Process daily FBI fingerprints into Access database and troubleshoot any database issues
  • Schedule and analyze HR Compliance data between different files, working closely with HRIS and EC systems
  • Conduct high-level analyses, custom reporting/dashboards, and normalize all data used for HR Compliance
  • Collaborate with clients and teams on a regular basis
  • Review completed Fingerprint Applications and check for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC)
  • Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database
  • Advanced Excel skills, including:
    • Organizing data
    • Creating complex formulas
    • Vlookup
  • Advanced Access skills
  • Ability to interpret large sets of data to develop meaningful reports
  • Excellent decision-making skills and strong organizational abilities
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Ability to direct fair and consistent application of company policies and government requirements
  • Ability to educate specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

We'd love to see:

  • Previous experience in HR Compliance or a related field
  • Familiarity with HRIS and EC systems
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
