Job Summary
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative working remotely with blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to patients and members. You'll work with a team of passionate and skilled professionals to provide answers to general healthcare benefit and eligibility questions, assist with enrollment status requests, and help members understand their online health accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring your passion and strong product and brand knowledge to recommend upgrades to health plans
- Conduct research and make outbound calls to provide answers to customers regarding general healthcare benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members
- Assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information
- Provide exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues and answering questions with compassion and empathy
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve customer experience goals and objectives
What You Bring to the Role
- 6 months or more of customer service experience in a related field
- Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Computer experience with a high-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps)
- USB wired headset or compatible headset; smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
