Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent at Blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch service to our customers. You will handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, conduct telephone screenings, and engage in positive interactions to effectively meet customer needs. This is a 100% work-from-home opportunity for individuals living in Texas, offering the flexibility to work from a comfortable and quiet home office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Conduct telephone screenings to gather information and resolve customer inquiries
  • Engage in positive interactions to effectively meet customer needs and exceed expectations
  • Utilize computer software and systems to document customer interactions and manage data
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback
  • Continuously improve knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Willing to consent to a background check
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer navigation and software applications
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office space

Preferred Qualifications:

As a Blithequark team member, you will be required to use your own computer equipment and internet service. Please ensure you meet the following specifications:

  • Laptop or Desktop computer with 8GB of RAM
  • Google Chrome installed
  • Operating System - Windows 10/11 Home or Pro with all Windows updates installed
  • Mouse and keyboard
  • USB headset with boom mic
  • Webcam (built-in or external USB)
  • PC connected via Ethernet cable or secured Wi-Fi (WPA2 Personal with a strong password)
  • Reliable internet with 30Mbps download and 10Mbps upload speed
  • 1 Monitor (minimum 19”)

What We Offer

Compensation and Perks:

  • Starting pay: $11.50 per hour with pay increases after 30 days and 6 months of employment
