  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our help center documentation, ensuring that our users have easy access to the information they need.
  • Test our product and report any issues you encounter, helping us to identify and resolve problems before they become major concerns.
**Essential Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Familiarity with software products, web hosting services, and online course platforms (ideally with experience in these areas).
  • A basic understanding of DNS (Domain Name System) concepts, including setting up DNS records for websites using CNAME and CAA DNS records.
