Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experience
- Respond promptly, courteously, and knowledgeably to technical support inquiries, ensuring a first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Provide top-tier support to all customers, educating them on system installation and use, and assisting in troubleshooting.
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to address customer issues and concerns, ensuring their happiness and success.
- Make outbound calls to current customers to address issues, when needed, demonstrating a proactive approach to customer care.
- Work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.
What You'll Bring: Skills and Qualities for Success
- A proven track record in a phone-based customer service or call center position, with a demonstrated ability to understand and determine root causes to customer issues.

Essential Qualifications and Certifications
To be eligible for this role, you must be able to obtain certification as an electronic security employee, which involves submitting your fingerprints to the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) for a national and Virginia criminal history search.
