As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the frontline ambassador for our clients, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative solutions to their questions, issues, and concerns. Your Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate issues, escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
- Respond to requests for assistance and/or process payments.
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Provide feedback on call issues and suggest improvements.
- Upsell or cross-sell products or services when required.
What We're Looking For
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- IT/Network certifications or degrees preferred.
- Proven call center experience with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Typing speed of 25 WPM or higher.
- Proficiency in PC operation and navigation, with basic knowledge of network troubleshooting.
- Ability to set up and configure a router or switch, and establish a home Wi-Fi network.
- Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer, with excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, staying composed and objective under pressure.
- Strong listening skills and a customer-centric approach.
