Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone calls to address their concerns and resolve issues related to package delivery.
  • Research and troubleshoot problems to ensure smooth package delivery, documenting the delivery flow in our tracking system.
  • Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the package delivery lifecycle, providing timely and effective support.
  • Collaborate with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot, research, and resolve or escalate issues as necessary, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

What You'll Need to Succeed
