Job Overview

We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Health Care Benefits Operations team at blithequark. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless processing of Medicare contracts, appointments, and verification of certification for external producers/agents. Key Responsibilities

• Process Medicare contracts, appointments, and verification of certification for external producers/agents to ensure eligibility to market Medicare plans.
• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• May assist with background check review and documentation process.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, transaction-based environment.
• Demonstrate empathy and compassion when interacting with customers.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Experience working in a production environment.
• Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location.
• Ability to be empathetic and compassionate when interacting with customers.
• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual language skills.
• Previous experience in a health care or insurance-related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $28.46 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
