As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, managing subscriptions, and identifying opportunities to improve our processes and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line response and timely resolution to all inbound customer enquiries and subscription management requests via email and telephone, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proactively identify patterns or trends within the department, allowing us to continually improve our processes and services, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Continually learn and develop knowledge around our treatments and service offerings to better serve our customers and provide personalized support.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an e-commerce environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to self-motivate, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Strong computer literacy, written, and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
  • An adequate uninterrupted working space at home, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free environment.
