Qualifications and Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, including clear speaking, focused listening, and effective note-taking. A friendly and approachable personality is essential, as well as a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should be available for overtime and flexible with shift bids, as well as able to work independently in a remote setting.
Essential Qualifications:

- Basic computer skills, including data entry and navigation of software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
- Ability to attend three days of on-site training and occasional meetings in the office

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or contact center environment
- Experience working with diverse customer groups and populations
- Knowledge of the NYC Transit Authority's "Access-a-Ride" transportation program an asset
- Fluency in multiple languages an asset
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and technology
