Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Specialist at Blithequark, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of service to our customers. This full-time position involves working rotating 2nd and 3rd shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a mandatory 2-week training period in our Downers Grove, IL location. Work Schedule
The schedule for this role is set and not subject to change:
- Rotating 2nd and 3rd shifts, including:
- Week 1 and 3: Saturday (10:30 PM - 7:00 AM), Tuesday (10:30 AM - 11:00 PM), Wednesday (10:30 PM - 7:00 AM), Friday (10:30 AM - 11:00 PM)
- Week 2 and 4: Saturday (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM), Sunday (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM), Tuesday (10:30 PM - 7:00 AM), Thursday (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM), Friday (10:30 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed, including coming in early, leaving later, or switching schedules for coverage
- Mandatory work on weekends and holidays
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Experience Specialist at Blithequark, you should possess:
- Prior experience in customer service, call center operations, or patient scheduling
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using computers, Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel), and web-based system tools
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Specialist, your primary duties will include:
- Engaging with customers and coworkers through professional phone, email, and support software communication
- Managing incoming customer service calls and requests, creating service requests, and dispatching accordingly
- Identifying and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing web-based system tools such as OMS, Word, and Excel on a daily basis, logging all communication in work service requests
- Interacting with vendors, customers, and employees via phone, text, and email
- Escalating service calls when necessary and attaching Field Service Reports to service requests in OMS
- Following through on the resolution of customer needs and performing other duties as determined by your manager
- Serving as the nighttime contact for drivers, providing scheduling and maintenance support, and handling inbound and outbound calls
- Monitoring on-time pickups and deliveries, escalating problems to proper manager contacts, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Ordering and canceling injectable doses and entering helium readings into OMS
