Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Standards Data Analyst to support our Quality Control team. As a remote team member, you'll work closely with our Dallas, TX-based team to analyze data, identify trends, and develop recommendations to improve our Quality Control processes. Key Responsibilities

• Perform and assist in the timely collection, validation, and root cause analysis of data elements to support Quality Control decision-making.
• Help create and communicate results from complex data and analysis to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and leaders.
• Assist in addressing ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and provide analytical answers to support senior leadership decision-making.
• Present insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to facilitate stakeholder understanding.
• Develop and distribute specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm and validating the need for data requirements.
• Identify anomalies in processes through audits/reviews and communicate findings to the team.
• Assess the effectiveness of processes and procedures by monitoring for trends and errors.
• Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision.
• May perform other job duties as directed by the Team Lead.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Operations, or Analytics).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and prioritize responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Alteryx, or QuickBase.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint and presentation development.
• Previous internship or work experience in a related field (e.g., quality control, operations, or analytics).
• Relevant coursework or projects in data analysis, statistics, or business.
• Experience managing sensitive and confidential information.
