Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, phone, and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.
- Utilize available resources to research and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the research team, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.

Essential Qualifications:
