Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve escalated emails in a timely and professional manner
• Manage work queues related to orders not shipping, including investigating and resolving issues
• Make outbound calls to customers as needed to address concerns and provide solutions
• Handle TrustArc Requests and provide updates on orders
• Collaborate with the CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete work daily

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Peak call center experience or business experience with intense seasonality, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers
• Ability to maintain energy and initiative in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in using the telephone for customer contact
• Ability to stay positive under stressful conditions
• Knowledge of personal computers and basic math and business operations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Familiarity with customer service software and technology
• Experience working in a remote or home-based environment

Work Schedule and Requirements:

As a seasonal Customer Service Associate, you'll work from home on a full-time schedule from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with extended hours and Saturdays may be required. The seasonal position will start in October and run through December, with the possibility of overtime.
