Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions, providing personalized support and guidance.
- Issue Resolution: Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, ensuring seamless and efficient issue resolution.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support when navigating our online pharmacy platform, ensuring customers can easily access and manage their medications.
- Customer Relationship Building: Understand each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship with our customers.
- Time Management: Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Communication: Provide best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
- Compliance: Promote customer privacy and safety by maintaining adherence to our Work From Home policy and all relevant regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (must be 18 years of age or older).
- Experience: 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting.
- Computer Skills: 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, including proficiency in software applications and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Multitasking: Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), with ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare Experience: Experience working in a healthcare environment, preferably in a pharmacy or medical setting.
- Call Center Experience: Experience working in a customer service or call center environment, handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Pressure and Productivity: Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality.
