Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team! As a full-time remote employee, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our passengers, handling a range of tasks, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless travel experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets
- Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations
- Rebook travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations
- Perform traveler check-in and front seat assignment (except curbside), correct oversold seat assignments, and issue upgrades
- Issue vouchers and provide directions to passengers for hotel facilities, meals, and transportation; coordinate refuel and rehydrate
- Perform traveler loading, including ticket lift and ticket lift/check
- Work entryway reader/scanner and related duties, including pre-boarding, monitoring/checking carry-on items, and exit lane models
- Work jetways/spans for boarding and deplaning travelers
- Make boarding and departure gate announcements
- Deliver domestic/international flight records
- Perform traveler administration flight close-out procedures
- Acknowledge, check, and tag travelers' luggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and top-line ticket counters
- Maintain schedule of flight loading process
- Perform client care hands-on training
- Process and complete charge card luggage exchanges at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations
- Assist travelers with self-service stand check-in and booth equipment handling at ticket counters
- Line lines at ticket counter stands and ticket counters
- Clear/confirm international documents at booth in the ticket counter area and activation stations
- Acknowledge and activate travelers' self-labeled bags at activation stations
- Assist clients requiring special help or in-station; help boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-mobile travelers, special help travelers, or unaccompanied minors
- Perform client assistance work related to handling regional flights and employee/hire/ground handling arrangements or contracts
- Have regular and predictable attendance on site, including fulfilling any obligatory extra time necessities
- Answer and assist during security and emergency circumstances
- Provide connecting travelers door information
- Provide quality client care in a professional way and according to blithequark's rules
- Stick to organization approaches, systems, and execution guidelines
- Finish task-relevant stages of preparation
- Comply with unofficial laws (e.g., Spot, FAA, TSA)
- Utilize various inside assets/frameworks, including during client connections
- Wear regalia as expected by organization strategy
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Bilingual language abilities expected in certain areas
- Relevant substantial driver's permit as expected by neighborhood specialists
- Should satisfy FAA criminal historical verifications to meet all requirements for unescorted access honors to air terminal security recognizable proof showcase regions (SIDA), if pertinent
- Should have the option to get proper air terminal power as well as US Customs security identifications, if material
- Finishing of a pre-business drug screen, far-reaching historical verification or potentially fingerprinting to fulfill organization and security necessities
- Should be approved to work in the U.S.
