You'll be in constant contact with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise. Your day will be filled with a mix of in-person interactions, phone calls, and email correspondence, all aimed at delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Associate – Last-Mile Delivery Support, you will be responsible for: * Communicating with customers directly in-person, via phone, and via email to ensure their needs are met * Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to provide personalized support * Upholding company values and respecting every customer interaction * Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers * Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to customer concerns * Consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues * Approaching problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the best possible customer outcome * Making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer * Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * High School or equivalent diploma * Previous experience in Customer Service * Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet customer needs * Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook * Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 49 pounds * Ability to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours * Ability to work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud (hearing protection will be provided) * Ability to work in an environment where the temperature may vary due to outside weather conditions and is not controlled **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience * Proficiency in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators * Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand **What We Offer** At blithequark, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that empowers our employees to excel.
