About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Tele Chat Customer Support Representative to assist customers through live chat and phone interactions. In this role, you will provide real-time support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat and phone
Provide accurate product and service information
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
Document interactions accurately in our support system
Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Experience in customer support or chat support preferred
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple conversations
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
