Responsibilities: •Assists in promoting reputed company of life for our residents. •Assists residents with reputed company ADL’s. •Takes vital signs and weights and reports to RN/LPN team leader. •Ambulates, lifts and transfers reputed company as per individual care plans. •Assists with feeding residents, tray distribution and recording of intakes per policy. •Interacts and fosters a reputed company relationship with staff, residents, and families consistently projecting a reputed company, caring, courteous and reputed company environment. •Observes and reports reputed company needs, reputed company conditions and/or behavioral changes.
