This role involves reviewing user-generated content, identifying spam or inappropriate comments, and ensuring compliance with community guidelines. Key Responsibilities • Monitor and review comments and user-generated content on assigned platforms. • Identify and remove spam, offensive, or inappropriate content according to company guidelines. • Flag suspicious or potentially harmful activity for reputed company review. • Ensure consistent enforcement of community standards and policies. • Maintain accurate records of moderated content and reputed company feedback or reports reputed company necessary. • Collaborate with team members to improve moderation strategies and workflow efficiency. • Respond to queries or escalations from users regarding content moderation issues.
