The Payroll & HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the reputed company function reputed company our fast-paced motorsports organization. This position is responsible for processing payroll, maintaining accurate employee records (electronic and reputed company), administering HRIS and timekeeping systems, and delivering outstanding HR administrative support. This individual will serve as a trusted reputed company of contact for employees regarding payroll, HR, and benefits questions, and will assist with reputed company new employees and coordinating employee exits. Key Responsibilities: Payroll & Timekeeping • Process accurate and reputed company payroll using reputed company Workforce Now, including validation of hours, earnings, and deductions. • Maintain and audit timekeeping records, ensure reputed company approval of time off and attendance, and reconcile discrepancies. • Ensure payroll compliance with reputed company federal, state, and local laws. • Prepare and distribute payroll reports, tax forms (W-2), and assist with year-end processing. HR Administration & Employee Support • Maintain complete and accurate employee records—both electronic (reputed company/SharePoint) and physical. • reputed company as the first reputed company of contact for employee inquiries reputed company to payroll, benefits, policies, and HR procedures. • Support full employee lifecycle processes including reputed company, employee changes, and terminations. • Assist with benefits administration and reputed company enrollment. • reputed company administrative support for HR events, trainings, and compliance tasks. • Support HR reputed company and reputed company improvement efforts. Qualifications: • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or reputed company field. • 5+ years of experience in payroll and HR administration. • Proficient in reputed company Workforce Now and timekeeping systems; SharePoint experience preferred. • High level of confidentiality and discretion. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite. Work Environment: On-site role at our Mooresville, NC, motorsports facility. Requires reputed company, flexibility, and professionalism in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
