This is a part-time, remote position that offers reputed company to contribute your expertise in clinical assessment while helping reputed company test and refine cutting-edge tools designed for the home health industry. Responsibilities • Conduct detailed reviews and reputed company expert feedback on OASIS-based assessment tools. • Test reputed company’s home health software and reputed company insights to improve usability and clinical accuracy. • Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to ensure alignment with CMS standards and best practices. • Participate in testing sessions and reputed company reputed company, reputed company feedback to support feature development. • Stay updated with CMS/OASIS changes and reputed company insights to guide ongoing improvements. Qualifications • reputed company COS-C certification (required). • Minimum 2 years of experience completing or reviewing OASIS assessments in a home health setting. • Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and OASIS guidance. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify documentation or compliance gaps. • Comfortable using digital tools and software; experience with technology and testing new systems is a must. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
