Data Entry Clerk and Customer Service Representative

Overview: The Data Entry and Customer Service Representative plays a dual role in supporting business operations through accurate data management and exceptional customer service. This position involves entering and maintaining company records while assisting clients with inquiries, orders, and support needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused. Key Responsibilities: • Accurately enter, update, and maintain information in databases and company systems. • Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. • Answer customer calls, emails, and messages in a professional and courteous manner. • Provide information about products, services, and company policies. • Handle and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records. • Assist with processing orders, forms, and applications. • Generate and review reports as needed. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth business operations. • Maintain confidentiality and comply with company data protection policies. Skills and Qualifications: • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry systems. • Strong multitasking and organizational skills. • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus. • Time management and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team. • High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in data entry or customer service preferred.
