Remote Data Entry & Customer Service Rep, Work From Home
• Communicate proactively with clients as needed on job issues and job status
• Assist customers via phone with orders
• Handle walk in customers and appointments
• Data entry of orders
• Ensure correct invoice and billing details
• Prepare production paperwork for factory
• Process web orders and web customer requests
• Update factory progress reports
• Set up custom designs and artwork
• Sales development
• Mange key accounts
• School fittings
• Other tasks/duties as requested
Qualifications
• Detail oriented, organize and self-motivate
• Able to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
• Strong email, written and verbal (phone and in-person) communication skills you enjoy talking with clients and suppliers, but can keep conversations focused and efficient
