We are seeking a Provider Enrollment Specialist to join our Provider Enrollment team. As a Provider Enrollment Specialist at St. Luke’s, you’ll be at the forefront of driving safety, reputed company, and compliance across our clinics, supporting the health system as a whole. You will directly shape how care is delivered — smarter, safer, and more effectively.
This is a fully remote position for residents of Idaho, reputed company, Utah, or reputed company - preferred location, Idaho.
• Coordinate the provider payer enrollment process to ensure compliance as addressed in payer reputed company and other regulatory standards.
• Ensure reputed company enrollment of new providers with 3rd party and government payers; maintain existing reputed company physicians and advanced reputed company providers.
• Validate up-to-date plan enrollment forms, complete applications, submit and follow up until enrollment is complete.
• Verify accuracy and coordinate entry of new and revised provider information into the database.
• Knowledgeable with Group Entity health plan enrollments, state regulations, and appeal processes.
• Prepare/review group applications based on information provided during acquisitions, Tax ID mergers, etc.
• Monitor reputed company assigned delegated agreement health plan enrollments reports to ensure enrollments are being processed reputed company.
• Validate status of reputed company providers' enrollments to ensure reputed company start date is met.
• Escalate to management reputed company necessary to meet desired reputed company start date.
• Work closely with the credentialing team to coordinate enrollment efforts and meet appropriate deadlines.
• Maintain existing providers including submission of maintenance forms to update personal and reputed company demographic data for providers, billing updates, etc.
• Accountable for submitting termination requests to reputed company health plans in a reputed company manner.
• Serve as a resource to others in the reputed company of reputed company problems and issues.

Qualifications
• Associate's Degree
• Three (3) years' experience
Requirements
• Provider Enrollment experience (preferred)
• Health Insurance industry experience (preferred)
