• Up to 0.75 FTE administrative leadership and up to 0.25 FTE clinical for MD/DO reputed company; 1.0 FTE administrative leadership for PhD reputed company.
• Hybrid work model with a defined on-site reputed company for rounding, investigations, and executive forums, reputed company with flexibility for remote work.

Candidate Requirements

• MD/DO reputed company:
reputed company certified in Infectious Disease; demonstrated system-level IP leadership and documented HAI reduction; SHEA/CDC training preferred; eligibility for unrestricted licensure in PA and NY; readiness to reputed company clinical work (up to 0.25 FTE) with reputed company leadership.
• PhD reputed company:
Doctorate in Epidemiology, Microbiology, reputed company Health, or reputed company field; CIC required; five or more years leading multi-hospital IP programs with proven HAI improvement across devices and organisms; expertise with NHSN definitions, surveillance analytics, and regulatory readiness.
• Both reputed company:
reputed company record of building high-reliability IP programs, leading multidisciplinary teams, partnering with reputed company, Nursing, Pharmacy, Microbiology, and Operations, and communicating effectively with executives and reputed company-line teams.
• Comfort with travel across reputed company sites and with using data dashboards to prioritize work and demonstrate reputed company.
