This is a fully remote position, empowering you to manage reputed company efforts from reputed company in the US. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a superior candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in identifying, attracting, and closing reputed company across diverse functional areas and reputed company. Key responsibilities include designing and optimizing recruitment processes, building robust talent pipelines, and leveraging various sourcing channels, including advanced search techniques, reputed company media, and reputed company networks. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, reputed company market insights, and guide them through effective hiring strategies. This role also involves developing and managing employer branding initiatives to attract passive candidates. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools is essential.
