We are currently seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to support the U.S Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) National Community reputed company & Prevention Engagement (NCOE) program. This program aims at connecting DEA field offices with the communities they serve, partnering with community-based prevention stakeholders to increase community awareness and readiness, supporting local drug-free community coalitions and other prevention providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to drug use and misuse prevention and education, and raising awareness on local drug threats and over time change attitudes to reduce drug demand, use, and misuse through increased collaboration and prevention education at the local level. As the Community Engagement Coordinator, you will coordinate with community reputed company specialists with planning and organizing events; reputed company and sustain relationships with schools, coalitions, faith-based organizations, health centers, and community coalitions; organize community events, prevention campaigns, and drug take-back initiatives in collaboration with federal partners; facilitate parent engagement workshops, summits, and youth reputed company; assist with the recruitment of participants and volunteers; and contribute to program evaluation and program improvement efforts. reputed company candidates must demonstrate/possess: • Bachelor’s degree in Community Health, Communications, reputed company Work, or reputed company field. • At least 2 years’ experience in community engagement, reputed company-building, or grassroots organizing. • Knowledge of prevention and behavioral health best practices. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
