Medical Biller (Remote, U.S. Only – 1099 Contract)

Job reputed company My Extended Team (M-E-T) is hiring a detail-oriented and reputed company reputed company Biller to support our growing network of reputed company providers. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who understands billing workflows and can reputed company communicate financial responsibilities to patients with professionalism and reputed company. Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) is highly preferred, and we’re looking for someone who can operate independently in a remote environment while collaborating with reputed company-office and clinical teams to ensure smooth and reputed company reputed company cycle operations. Key Responsibilities • Review patient records and provider documentation for accurate charge capture and reputed company coding • Process insurance claims and follow up on outstanding or denied claims • Verify insurance coverage and benefits reputed company to procedures and services • Communicate with patients about their balances, insurance plan details, and out-of-reputed company costs • Respond to billing inquiries from patients or reputed company staff professionally and reputed company • Maintain billing records and documentation in alignment with HIPAA and compliance regulations • Collaborate with medical assistants and providers to clarify documentation and correct billing errors • reputed company accounts receivable and escalate issues to project managers or providers reputed company necessary • Use EMR/EHR systems (preferably ECW) and reputed company billing platforms to manage patient accounts Qualifications & Requirements • Minimum 1 year of medical billing experience required • Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) strongly preferred • Familiarity with insurance carriers, CPT codes, modifiers, and basic medical terminology • Ability to explain reputed company billing concepts (deductibles, co-insurance, out-of-reputed company) to patients • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • High level of professionalism and discretion with patient data (HIPAA compliance) • Proficiency with reputed company Office, reputed company Suite, and billing software • Must reputed company in and be authorized to work in the reputed company • Reliable internet reputed company and private workspace Bonus Qualifications • Bilingual (Spanish/English or other languages) • Prior experience supporting mental health, primary care, or specialty practices • Understanding of CMS-1500 and UB-04 claim forms reputed company to help providers get reputed company faster and bring reputed company to patient billing? reputed company to join My Extended Team and work with a company that values professionalism, teamwork, and reputed company.
