About the Role: Operation Intake Coordinator I - Data Entry

As an Operation Intake Coordinator I - Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be the linchpin in our document management process, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing documents are handled with precision and speed. This hybrid role, based at our Farmington, MO office, is your opportunity to be part of a team that's shaping the future of healthcare administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficient Document Processing: Receive, distribute, and process all incoming and outgoing documents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Data Entry and Validation: Enter pertinent claims information from source documents into our system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with our quality standards.
  • Workflow Management: Process all documents within our required workflow system, maintaining appropriate records and files.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate findings and updates to relevant stakeholders, including updating WorkFront as necessary. Collaborate with team members to meet business needs, whether in-office or remote.
  • Quality and Productivity: Meet established department production and quality standards, working independently to adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Be prepared to assist in other areas as needed and adapt to changing business requirements, including potential shift work and mandatory overtime.

Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Production-related experience, though not mandatory, is highly preferred.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Physical stamina to frequently lift up to 40 pounds and stand for intermittent periods.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including daytime, evening, or overnight, with the potential for extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
