Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to advise members on benefits, providing clear and concise information to address their needs.

  • Provide education and status updates on previously submitted documents and requests, ensuring customers are informed and up-to-date.
  • Meet performance goals established for the position, focusing on efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance.

Essential Qualifications

  • 1 year of customer service experience with the same company, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering excellent service.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service principles.
  • Ability to clear background check, ensuring compliance with company requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Call Center experience, with a deep understanding of call center operations and best practices.
  • Previous Sales or Benefits Experience, providing a valuable background in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
