Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of client support representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct regular team meetings and coaching sessions to drive employee engagement, address performance issues, and implement process improvements.
- Own the talent review process for your team, identifying areas for development and creating plans to enhance leadership capabilities.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, driving strategic forecasting and change management initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Business Intelligence, Quality, Workforce, and Learning and Development, to build strong relationships and drive business outcomes.
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to optimize staffing levels, manage overtime, and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Analyze customer feedback and drive initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned and required.
Essential Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in multi-channel contact center management or a related field, such as healthcare or pharmacy services.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate both frontline staff and senior leaders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate complex challenges.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience (e.g., 5+ years of industry experience in lieu of a degree).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information to groups and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and occasional travel.
