Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of client support representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and coaching sessions to drive employee engagement, address performance issues, and implement process improvements.
  • Own the talent review process for your team, identifying areas for development and creating plans to enhance leadership capabilities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, driving strategic forecasting and change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Business Intelligence, Quality, Workforce, and Learning and Development, to build strong relationships and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to optimize staffing levels, manage overtime, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Analyze customer feedback and drive initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and required.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in multi-channel contact center management or a related field, such as healthcare or pharmacy services.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate both frontline staff and senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate complex challenges.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience (e.g., 5+ years of industry experience in lieu of a degree).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information to groups and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and occasional travel.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer care and operations.
  • Certifications or training in leadership, customer service, or a related field.
