Experienced Remote Live Chat Agent – Customer Service and Support Specialist for Compassionate Care Services

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Remote Live Chat Agent who will handle inquiries for blithequark and the services it provides via inbound calls. As a Live Chat Agent, you will address and research customer inquiries, provide accurate and appropriate information, and ensure that our clients receive the best possible support. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive pay rate, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to telephone inquiries and concerns using approved procedures and guidelines, ensuring the quality and integrity of the call
  • Answer questions on various issues regarding benefits offered by blithequark
  • Reset Personal identification of callers unable to self-serve in the Interactive Voice Response system
  • Gather information, research and resolve inquiries, and appropriately document customer calls
  • Read and interpret documents on file, understand and retain a large amount of information, and communicate effectively with clients
  • Answer and respond professionally to escalated calls, should they arise, and communicate appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
  • Review customer needs and inform customers of services and resources available to them
  • Stay alert and responsive, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support and service

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs
  • Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check
  • Weekend and holiday availability may be required
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred, but not required
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not essential
