Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Reside in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia
  • Be available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required
  • Have a self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
  • Have a headset compatible with blithequark specifications
  • Have a high-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted)
  • Be able to navigate multiple systems and screens, and troubleshoot technical issues with the support of our IT team
