Key Responsibilities

  • Meet productivity and quality standards, with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members via email and phone

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 16 years of age or older
  • Have a stable internet connection and a reliable computer or laptop
