We're now seeking a highly skilled Ranking Director, Operations - Character Client Experience to lead our efforts in creating a cohesive and consistent digital perspective on customers' relationships with Blithequark.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the improvement of Character client experiences across predetermined client experience spaces, such as store administration work desks and checkout.
  • Analyze existing CX streams at various touchpoints.
  • Design tests for personality capture (e.g., telephone number).
  • Interpret the client experience plan to enhance personality capture and utilization at exchange points, from paper to execution plans.
  • Develop an execution roadmap for select experience execution.
  • Collaborate with product, field, and analysis teams to develop examinations.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to validate tests.
  • Oversee tests in the field and send them in alignment with Blithequark field operations teams.
  • Work with analysis to interpret results and suggest improvements.
  • Track progress, set up and execute a reporting structure, and develop gauges to overcome expected challenges.
  • Manage partner relationships to ensure effective execution.

Essential Qualifications

  • Four-year college education in Business Organization, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related area, or 5 years of experience with 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Proven ability to influence internal partners.
  • Demonstrated expertise in executing effective drives.
  • Experience with Agile techniques and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Leadership of cross-functional teams or projects.
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation.
