Key Responsibilities
- Managing Inbound Customer Communications: Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their questions, requests, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a degree in a related field (such as business, communications, or customer service) preferred.
- 1-2 Years of Proven Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a support or success capacity.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers at all levels.
- Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: The ability to address customer complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude.
