Job Overview
As a Customer Experience Chatroom Operator at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in handling top clients and use cases. You'll engage with consumers, respond contextually, and categorize their queries accurately. Your goal will be to provide thoughtful, articulate, and appropriate guidance specific to each conversation, industry, and subject. Your work will help inform our natural language model, making your accuracy crucial to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound messages via our chat room within 30 seconds, utilizing point-and-click frequently asked questions canned responses.
- Create ad-hoc responses that are relevant, appropriate, and compliant with industry regulations.
- Escalate conversations to leadership when needed.
- Document frequently asked questions for continual improvement.
- Add relevancy to canned responses.
- Maintain a 98% or above accuracy in response handling.
- Maintain a Replies per Hour rate of 60 replies per hour worked.
- Participate in other projects as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Skills and Abilities:
- Experience in a Customer Service Chatroom environment.
- Proven experience with writing responses to consumers in real-time, chat-based environments.
- Familiarity with verticals like Automobile Insurance, Health Insurance, Prescription Drug Plans.
- Professionalism in all interactions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of excellence/perfection.
- Comfortability on a computer with advanced typing skills.
- Good grammatical, spelling, and logic skills.
- Exceptional verbal, communication, and written skills.
- Reliability and responsibility to a designated schedule.
- Reliable strong internet/WiFi connection.
Education:
- High School or equivalent.
- College Degree a plus.
