Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Efficiently resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support Partners: Provide support to blithequark partners, including restaurants and delivery drivers, to ensure seamless interactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Document and Track Interactions: Document and track customer interactions and issues using our CRM system, ensuring accurate records and insights for future improvements.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience, sharing feedback and insights to drive positive change.
  • Escalate Complex Issues: Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing customer impact.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in customer support or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Independence and Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • CRM Software Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Food Delivery: Familiarity with blithequark services and the food delivery industry is a plus.
  • Remote Work Experience: Experience working in a remote environment is preferred, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Multitasking and Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Basic technical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve common technical issues.
