Job Summary

As a Remote Entry Level Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for patients and their families, providing exceptional customer care and support. You will receive calls from patients, gather information, and relay it to clinicians who will provide medical assistance. This is a rewarding and challenging role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process calls from patients and their families, gathering information and relaying it to clinicians
  • Provide exceptional customer care and support, responding to patient inquiries and concerns
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and prioritizing tasks as needed
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to de-escalate difficult situations and provide solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions
  • Collaborate with clinicians and other team members to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer care skills and knowledge

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 18 years of age
  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Access to a high-speed internet connection on a personal network (not shared)
  • Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a telehealth or medical environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting pay: $18.00 per hour
