**Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Call Center**

As a key member of our remote call center team, you'll play a vital role in connecting with individuals who may be eligible for compensation, providing empathetic support, and guiding them through the process.
**Responsibilities:**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Connecting with callers through an automated dialer, with the potential to speak to 40-50 individuals daily, of which 1-5 may qualify for compensation
* Multitasking to efficiently manage multiple windows, listen to callers, and answer questions in a timely and professional manner
* Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates, as well as meet or exceed sales goals
* Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts as required
* Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date on industry developments
* Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection protocols
* Assisting with other projects as needed and demonstrating a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
* Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT issues to ensure seamless operations

**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey
* Possess a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU)
* Have high-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum) and a reliable noise-cancellation headset wired via USB (average price: $20-$30)
* Demonstrate a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles, with a minimum of 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience
**This Opportunity is Not for You If:**
* You're unable to troubleshoot basic technical issues or work independently to resolve problems
* You're unable to commit to working 40+ hours per week, with a flexible schedule that accommodates the needs of our clients and the demands of the role
* You're unable to handle high volumes of calls, including disconnects, wrong numbers, or hang-ups, until you're connected with a viable caller
* You're unable to use problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues or adapt to changing priorities
* You're unable to work the full training period (90 days) or proactively manage appointments, etc., during earned vacation days or outside business hours

**Hours of Operation:**
Our full-time schedule is 40 hours per week, with the following hours:
* Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
* Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
* Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
