As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others. **Job Summary** As a Medicaid Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional support and resolving issues for our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Assisting customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our product and/or service * Documenting call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary * Upselling current customers on new or enhanced services **Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Document call-related information, including customer interactions, issues, and resolutions * Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, including contact details and service history * Identify opportunities to upsell current customers on new or enhanced services, increasing revenue and improving customer satisfaction * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience * Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, ensuring accurate information and recommendations are provided to customers * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and make sound decisions * Proficiency in computer software and systems, including CRM and call center platforms * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a Medicaid or healthcare-related environment * Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative) * Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and make sound decisions * Proficiency in computer software and systems, including CRM and call center platforms * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and succeed.
