Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with utility teams to outline, define, and capture commercial enterprise needs, leveraging your technical expertise to drive business growth.
• Develop and maintain large-scale data architectures, ensuring seamless data processing and standardized metric definitions.
• Design and implement big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python.
• Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using the massive data ecosystem.
• Drive consumer tale analysis and elaboration, designing and developing software programs, testing, and building automation tools.
• Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, develop, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end technique.
• Provide exceptional customer service through live chat interactions, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Hands-on development experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, and shell scripting languages, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in data-driven tasks.
• Strong understanding of development launch management and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, introducing small increments of a product at regular intervals to business groups.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with dating managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth through data-driven insights.
