Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and think critically
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Windows 10 or higher (or MacOS) and ability to navigate multiple software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred qualifications include experience in customer service, call center environments, or related fields, as well as certifications in customer service or related areas.
Computer Requirements
To participate in our Work-at-Home program, you'll need to meet the following computer requirements:
- Operating System (OS): Windows 10 or higher (must be native & activated) OR MacOS (Latest version required & the Mac itself must be no more than 5 years old)
- Processor: 2 Core processor needs a 2.0 GHz minimum clock speed OR 4 Core processor needs a 1.6 GHz minimum clock speed
- RAM: 3GB or higher
- Monitor Size: At least one 15" or larger monitor (more than one will make things easier)
Please note that we do not provide hardware/equipment and are unable to accept Chromebooks.
