Key Responsibilities

  • Document and Track Interactions: Document and track customer interactions and issues using our CRM system, providing valuable insights that inform our customer experience strategy.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify and Escalate Complex Issues: Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department, ensuring that every issue is addressed promptly and effectively.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in customer support or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and team members.
