**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Answering inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
* Providing personalized service to each caller, ensuring a positive experience
* Confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data
* Working in a high-paced call center environment, handling a high volume of customer inquiries
* Collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to achieve team goals and objectives
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment, handling a high volume of customer inquiries
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft operating systems
* A self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
* A headset compatible with blithequark specifications
* High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted)
* Ability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required
* Residency in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bilingual skills, with fluency in Spanish and English
* Previous customer service experience in a call center environment
* Familiarity with blithequark products and services
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
**System Requirements**
To ensure a great experience for our customers, our Work at Home Team Members need to maintain the necessary system requirements. A full specification list will be provided after your interview, but here are a few items to consider:
* Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
* Headset compatible with blithequark specifications
* High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted)
**Training Schedule**
Your blithequark career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After you connect, orientation and training will begin on Monday for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm ET. Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.
