About the Position

The Program and Project Management role at Workwarp is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a unique blend of contract management, project management, and leadership skills. As a Program and Project Management professional, you will be responsible for managing contracts with leaders and vendor partners, challenging and re-engineering conventional business processes, and driving transformational change. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and finance, to ensure that contracts align with the company's strategic vision and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evolving how contracts are managed for leaders and vendor partners, including developing and implementing new processes and procedures
  • Challenging and re-engineering conventional business processes and policies to drive large-scale transformational change
  • Building trusted relationships with partners and working internally across teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication
  • Constructing the strategic vision for overall partner contracts, including leading verbiage updates and optimizing contract structure/design
  • Partnering with legal and compliance departments to review, draft, and revise contract agreements
  • Negotiating with vendors and clients on various contracts, including ensuring appropriate materials and services are obtained from suppliers consistent with cost, quality, and statement of work (SOW)
  • Facilitating internal contract approval processes and analyzing change requests to existing contracts
  • Collaborating with the planning team and broader team to ensure contracts support strategy and operations
  • Partnering with Finance to ensure contracts align with financial targets and processing SOW and POs to ensure timely payments to partners
  • Following up on inquiries from leadership and partners regarding contracts and ensuring timely planning ahead of contract renewals
  • Communicating proactively with leadership and partners regarding contracts and monitoring market trends around vendor pay structures that drive targets and performance
  • Converting data into meaningful storyboard presentations and showcasing opportunities and pain points through market research and analysis
  • Operationalizing and sustaining processes emerging from center priorities and initiatives, including establishing a standard reporting, review, and communication mechanism
  • Utilizing design thinking to translate abstract problem statements into actionable programs and collaborating with partners from multiple functions to drive organization-wide initiatives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in contract management, project management, and leadership. The following requirements are essential:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience in contract management, project management, or a related field
  • Experience with contracts and/or legal documents, including reviewing, drafting, and revising contract agreements
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% (including International travel)
