About the Role

As a Proposal Writer at Virta Health, you will play a critical role in driving business success by crafting persuasive RFP and RFI responses and managing the end-to-end proposal creation process. Collaborating closely with our sales, marketing, and internal executive stakeholders, you will develop and maintain a library of proposal responses that resonate with our healthcare audiences, including health plans and employers. Key Responsibilities

• Research, coordinate, write, and produce high-quality responses to RFPs that clearly address the buyer's needs and showcase Virta's innovative solutions.
• Lead the management and prioritization of proposals to ensure timely completion, while continuously adapting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Own and develop the RFP library, creating clear, concise, and differentiated client-facing messaging and positioning that highlights Virta's value proposition.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 4-6 years of experience in enterprise content creation, proposal writing, or a related field, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your writing and project management skills.
• Healthcare experience is preferred but not required; however, a willingness to learn and adapt to the healthcare industry is essential.
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills that enable you to craft compelling proposals and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
