Handle incoming calls from potential customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Listen actively and understand the needs and requirements of potential customers.
Offer appropriate and tailored solutions to potential customers based on their specific needs.
Demonstrate excellent sales skills and techniques to effectively persuade and close deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through effective communication.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively sell Comcast services.
Provide customers with accurate and detailed information on Comcast products and services.
Utilize various sales tools and techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Handle customer objections and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Document and update customer information accurately and efficiently in the company's systems.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Continuously strive to improve and enhance sales skills through training and coaching.
