**Job Overview**
As our Remote Google Ads Growth Director, you will be responsible for managing our clients' Google Ads campaigns, developing and implementing effective strategies to drive growth and revenue, and leading a team of skilled media buyers. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business objectives, develop tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional results.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage a portfolio of 4-6 e-commerce clients, developing and implementing effective Google Ads strategies to drive growth and revenue
* Lead a team of skilled media buyers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure exceptional performance and results
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs
* Collaborate with our team to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
* Analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven decisions to optimize results
* Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting and analytics, providing insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features and best practices, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service and results
**Essential Qualifications**
* 5+ years of experience in Google Ads management for e-commerce brands
* Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, including optimizing ads, launching new campaigns, and troubleshooting errors
* Agency account management experience, with a proven track record of managing e-commerce brand accounts and leading client calls and onboarding processes
* Comprehensive understanding of tracking mechanisms, including UTMs and Google Analytics
* Hands-on experience with Shopify, with a solid understanding of the platform and its features
* Previous experience managing teams, particularly in an agency environment
* Basic foundational experience in Google Sheets, with the ability to manipulate and customize reporting to meet specific client needs
